I’ve previously owned and operated 7-figure medical clinics, expanded a healthcare brand to 12 locations across Illinois, and later exited my clinics to focus fully on consulting and innovation in the healthcare space.

With more than 20 years of experience across the healthcare industry, from radiology and physical therapy to laboratory services and private medical practice, Elysia brings a wealth of diverse expertise. After raising two children, she was ready to embark on the next chapter of her career and partnered with Dr. Sam Patel to launch a start-up medical spa in her small rural Illinois community. With her help, the practice generated over $400,000 in revenue within the first six months of opening, an impressive milestone for a rural market and quickly expanded to two locations. Known for her strength in patient care, communication, and innovative thinking, Elysia has consistently driven growth and success. Building on this momentum, she successfully exited the medical spas and serves as co-founder of Astra Culture.
Mitchell works with cash-pay medical clinics to turn their patient experience into a growth engine. Too many clinics spend heavily to attract new patients but lose them and $20k to $100k in potential monthly revenue because they don’t have a system that moves patients from first call to long-term commitment.
Drawing on his background in luxury hospitality and high-ticket medical sales, Mitchell helps clinics in aesthetics, wellness, regenerative medicine, and dentistry create hospitality and sales systems that patients rave about. The result is higher treatment acceptance, stronger retention, and consistent revenue growth without discounting or high-pressure tactics.
From hospital floors to the forefront of healthcare innovation, my journey has been driven by one mission: to make medicine more human, more efficient, and more impactful. As a hospitalist, I learned firsthand the pressures clinicians face, the long hours, critical decisions, and emotional demands of patient care. I also saw the inefficiencies and missed opportunities for better communication, education, and well-being.
I am the Medical Director at Astra Culture Consulting, serving as their clinical investigator for innovative treatments. I am committed to solutions that reduce burnout, improve efficiency, and foster better health outcomes.
